Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentations: 

The time limit for oral presentations has been set at 20 minutes, with a 5 minute question/answer period to follow.

No computer audio will be available during presentations.

Poster Presentations:

Poster dimensions have been set at maximum 48” tall and 42” long.  We will have poster boards and pins available for you; please locate the poster area when you arrive at the conference center and hang your poster prior to the first session on Monday morning.
