Abstract Submission

Session Proposal and Abstract Submission Form

The form for submitting session proposals and oral/poster abstracts for the 2012 UMSRS is below.  Please read the following guidelines:

If submitting a session topic proposal, please fill out the form below with your name and names of any co-conveners.  Write the proposed session title in the 'Abstract Title' line and provide a brief description of the session topic in the 'Abstract' section. The description should include the purpose of the session, the value to the PRRSUM audience, and probable presenters.  Please limit your description to 400 words.  Be sure to check "Session Proposal" at the bottom of the page before submission.  Session proposals are due by September 23rd, 2011.

If submitting a oral/poster presentation abstract, please fill out the form with your name and names of any co-authors. Please describe the content, results, and conclusion of your project/research, articulating how the project/research will be of interest to symposium participants.  Please limit your abstract to 400 words.  Be sure to check whether you want your abstract to be considered for a oral presentation, poster presentation, or both (with oral presentation option preferred).   Oral presentation abstracts are due by October 21st, 2011; poster abstracts will be accepted until general registration closes on January 27, 2012.
